  you get what you pay for. they promise no hidden costs and there weren't, but they are very insensitive to family feelings UNLESS you are spending big bucks there. kicked us out of room we were in to let another family in there that was apparently spending more than we could afford. had us sign a bunch of paperwork and then refused to give us a copy because the copy machine was in the room where we were just moved from. they didn't want to interrupt the grieving family in there. what about us? weren't we grieving too? very sad situation. can guarantee we won't use this company. i'd rather pay a little more to get treated better and more professionally. Maybe if we had paid more or purchased a better coffin or more of the "extras" they would have been "nicer" to us. keep that in mind if you use this company.

  I was shocked by the review "by Google User" where this party rates this as a 2 star place to take your funeral needs.
  Earlier this week I had a need for the kind of assistance most people need at a time like this. The lady whom interfaced with me was very efficient and pleasant to do business with. I later found out that a sister of mine has used this business twice and she was also pleased with her interactions with them. I rate their services highly.

  First off if you love your loved don't send them there. If my family could give them no stars we would. VERY unprofessional, rude and just plain heartless. Nice when your sign for papers but at the service,it another story. First we was told to have the flowers sent to there funal home,then because we didnt order from the flower shop he wanted us to, he said we had to send them to the cemetery to be placed on her casket. When my family got the cemetery,the casket had no. flower on it. Over five hundred dollars in flowers was ruined on the floor on the cemetery ground. Our funeral was at 11:30am, I got to the cemetery at 10:50 as
  required by Mr. Monroe. At 11:07 he wanted to start the service I told him my pallbearers whare not there yet. He got upset and start
  being rude from there.when my pallbearers did show we started. Our indoor service was cut short by him. Myself and my family noticed the blanket my grandma was to be wrapped in was sticking out. It was to be a sealed casket or was it? Yelling at our family to shut up was just out of line.NeVer will I ever us them again.
